I have been living in building 2.4 for a year now, and this year we had no peace! Initially, these elevators annoyed everyone with their slowness, so they also break constantly! You should have guessed to put 2 elevators in the entrance with 17 floors, with 16 apartments on each floor, and so that one more of these elevators was constantly broken! Well, if you put only two elevators on such a large staircase, then these elevators must be of very good quality, and these elevators immediately showed their "quality", because they break down from the moment the house is delivered! And now what is the situation: most often the freight elevator is broken, respectively, you can imagine what kind of picture is created at 7 pm, when everyone comes home from work and cannot get on their harnesses, because a small elevator carries 4 people and does it super-slowly ! You call the dispatcher, and she has already been tired of taking these calls for a year, and says that the elevator will not be changed! The repair also does not give any effect, because after the repair, this elevator can break down the next day, and you call the dispatcher again and she responds to you: "How, has it broken down again ?!" In general, if I had known from the beginning that the developer would "try" so hard, then I would have lost an apartment somewhere else! Was the other day in their own residential complex "Clear Sky" - there they somehow inserted adequate elevators, and then what kind of "gift" ?! And now no one needs this problem, the developer has done his job, the dispatcher endlessly calls the repairmen who also cannot help in any way, and people who live above the 10th floor have fun, especially mothers with strollers have fun! In general, I advise everyone either not to take apartments higher than the 5th floor in this residential complex, or, if they took an apartment higher, hope and pray that you will be more fortunate than building 2.4!

Yes, everything is beautiful. Spacious balconies. But they are FLOWING from the rain. Neighbors from the 17th floor are drowned in general globally. I have small puddles on the 10th floor. They called under a guarantee (the guys came from the contractor, if I'm not mistaken the name "Vanguard" - deals with this glazing) - they came, did something, but in the end they finished the balcony even more. - Elevators. I would call this LCD - Greenlandia 2 elevators. I don’t understand how you can design so that with 10+ apartments on a floor you can put 2 elevators? What are these norms?
