Consequently, the buyers of apartments are not equity holders who have entered into an equity participation agreement, but shareholders of a housing construction cooperative. If equity holders, having a DDU in their hands, under 214-FZ can immediately go to court, demanding a penalty from the developer for postponing the deadline, then the shareholders have less leverage on the developer. Therefore, it is easier for the developer to arrange the postponement of construction according to the housing construction scheme. Which, in fact, is the case with this residential complex.

At the same time, judging by the photo report posted on the official website of the company, the specified deadlines for the delivery of the hulls seem quite real. The disadvantage of the layouts, in our opinion, is that the hallways in two- and three-room apartments are quite narrow and have an elongated shape (this is especially noticeable in "treshki"), while not all have the opportunity to use the available space rationally - for example, not everywhere storage space is provided.
