How and on what to live in a village? How can we live well and not profit from Russia? How to live well in rural areas without pennies

The fresh air, filled with the aroma of mown grass, berries and fruit in abundance, water from a well, the feel of wounded, hairy dew on bare feet and wonderful happiness - this is how rural life itself appears richly. Some people from big cities are trying to cross the fence to the village. Is it possible? In what ways can you vacate this world without having to live as a farmer's burden for a city dweller?

The advantages are obvious!

People who spend their entire lives near the metropolis cannot boast of their miraculous health. Unpleasant food from supermarkets, constant stress and vanity - all these factors destroy the natural dry membrane of people, causing them to become ill.

A villager feels completely different. It has been proven that people who procrastinate in villages are much less healthy. Constantly being exposed to fresh air, drinking clean water and water readily flow into the human body, forming normal metabolism and strong immunity.

Earth, garden, city

People will move to the village from the place so as not to be afraid of work on earth. Vegetables and fruits, grown in the rich city, are very tasty and nutty. You can also trim your garden and quickly pick fragrant apples, currants, and raspberries.

Between the fruit trees there is a wonderfully quiet gazebo with vines and a spacious hammock. Here you can relax in the shade of the trees on sunny days, enjoying the peace and quiet, and on weekends, invite friends and spend a fun hour in nature.

New possibilities

After moving from town to village, people cannot hear the deep silence that lingers in the village everyday life. There is no roar of cars, signals at night, or the noise of the seats behind the wall. Silence pans through, the faintly thin-voiced singing of birds and the whirring of leaves. Having drunk in such an atmosphere, people begin to experience freedom, the calm pace of rural life, and stress and anxiety begin to decrease.

New possibilities appear that are inaccessible to the city dweller. Now you can get a dog, you don’t have to worry too much about the cat, you just want to go for a walk today. Pets will happily run around the yard, not caring about your plans or turbos. You can establish a kingdom for the bajans: chickens, piglets, or breed a cow. Then the main products at your monastery will be homemade eggs, fresh meat and milk.

Measles for children

Fathers know how good children are in the village. Malya becomes more independent, calm, and clean air, fresh food readily flows into the metabolism and improves immunity. Constantly being outside, playing with friends, running around and having fun - absolutely all children deserve rural freedom, far from the noise of cars and the unsafe surroundings.

Until then, here the child can quietly get along with domestic animals, get his own trainer, and keep an eye on him. When they arrive, rural babies look bright, horny-cheeked and absolutely happy. And how many merry people are given in the village! Snowy bows beckon the children with their cool skills, and there is already a slightly jingling laugh and the shy courage of the little beshketniks!

Moving from place to village

If you still think that you want to get out of the world’s life, don’t rush. It is necessary to consider everything well and consider it in a place that is ideal for the development of your world. The best way is to get from the city to the village, where your friends and relatives are procrastinating. You will want some support in the beginning, but friendly pleasure and little help have not been respected by anyone.

When choosing a place to move, don’t worry about it in remote villages. The village may want some kind of civilization: a store, a school for children, a post office, to print and write sheets. It is important to get from the village to the place, so it is important that there is a convenient transport connection and buses.

Select busy

Whatever village you are living in is located far from your place, which means you will earn money for your living. Basically, you will have to leave the place of work, and it is very important to find a job behind the head of the village.

Perhaps you sell homemade milk, eggs, or hatch in an incubator. All options for a guaranteed income need to be measured and cleared, so that you don’t curse yourself for making a hasty decision.

Well, as it is some kind of passive income for a bank or part of a business. Then you will have money tomorrow and a stable penny boost.

Warmth and handy

We live in the age of progress and modern technologies, so it is necessary for villagers to improve their lives. All conveniences, a bathtub, a room and warm radiators will be present in your home, and immediately after moving you will need to take care of the responsibilities of this task.

It’s crazy, as you have to chop wood and heat the wood, the food comes out by itself. But it’s still better to just sleep in a warm bed and not feel the inconveniences, especially if there’s frost outside.

Do you like to drive a car?

So that you can quickly move from town to village and not feel discriminated against, even better, since the family has a big car, or, even better, two of them. Most often in villages, transport communications are very poor, so you can get to schools, medicine shops or banks by car.

It’s really good, since the squad is the same. Then you won’t be dependent on a person’s work schedule and will be able to take the children to school herself at any time convenient for her at her right hand.

Susidi and local residents

During the hour of moving from the place to the village of migrants, the supply of food is at its lowest. It seems that people are fundamentally different, and since friendliness is due to nature, problems are not to blame. It's not like that. More closed, fewer city dwellers, and, perhaps, the beginning of migration from the city to the countryside, will experience increased respect and tension.

It is an almost unacceptable feature of small forces that the skin bag is in front of everyone. Whatever the matter or way of life, they will always discuss it, and often not in positive tones. Talks and gossip begin to swirl, and as soon as you start to rely on such rumors, then the influx of social media becomes even more noticeable.

Residents of megacities have become aware of the noise and turbulence, the divine rhythm of life, and the first hour after moving from a place to a village for permanent residence, many people feel the need and self-worth.

Technical b_k

Another important circumstance that the townspeople don’t know about is the number of active services and connections. The availability of the Internet in rich villages deprives them of the quality, and there are malfunctions in their robots and a constant lack of coverage. There is also a need for stilnikov's services. In order to comfortably talk on the phone with their relatives, all residents of villages rise to the dacha of Budynka or any other means of communication.

There are power outages. This occurs through breakdowns, hurricanes or other unfavorable weather conditions. You may be without light for several years, and if the repairs are delayed, then for even more troublesome hours.

Vazhka pratsya

No matter how much you move from a place to a village, you need to understand that now your life will change. There is a special time for this. Life in the countryside is a matter of great importance for us. Working in the city, in the garden, keeping an eye on the territory of the hut, keeping an eye on your own creatures - you will have to work every day.

Before that, we did the same without killing anyone. Cooking, cleaning, washing and washing - the women of the turbo have nowhere to go, only now they need to be occupied with other activities.

It’s great that all members of the family help one another and work towards the same goal. Strong articles are especially valuable. If your boyfriend is a fan of football and a soft sofa, you need to think twice before moving to the village from the place.

A rough robot will require human participation. In the winter time it is necessary to remove snow, clear the paths, in the summer time it is necessary to be kind, cut firewood, and help in the city. In order to create a quiet and comfortable environment, the fate of all members of the family is very important. This brings joy, and the work goes smoothly and easily.

I am doubtful

The quiet rural life attracts the inhabitants of big cities, who are tired of the bustle and hectic daily routine. I want a turbo-free sleep, not burdened by problems, stress, and the constant “hunting” for good health and good fortune. However, relocation of the fence to the village can turn into a disaster for people, such as:

  • do not imagine your life without theaters, clubs and active gatherings;
  • there is no regular income;
  • no matter how foldable the robot is for them;
  • not ready for difficulties;
  • be afraid of physical activity.

Bazhana freedom

It’s crazy, not everyone can live in the village, and not everyone can live comfortably in the village. If you are planning to move to a village, you need to be prepared for difficulties, difficulties and conflicts. Country life may look completely different from how many people see it.

An excellent option would be to live in a village, which is appropriate, for example, during the summer period. Then you can really assess the situation, get to know someone, learn about the social life of the village. If you don’t change your decision at the end of summer, then safely go to the village.

Green onions with tall grass, blooming fragrant gardens, red apple trees and the quiet order of the little houses - isn’t that a joy? Minus a few rocks, and sitting on the terrace under the quiet dance of horses, you will think about it and realize that you are very happy, and your decision about moving from the village was really correct!

People from small towns and villages often move to Moscow, hoping to find a good job here and stay in power for a long time. There is another trend - to travel from the capital to the village. Two such stories from The Village portal.

Elizaveta Mokieva

Doula (helper at the hour of bedtime), 34 days. Three years ago I moved to a village located 600 kilometers from Moscow.

With a man - from the village of Vlasikha Odintsivsky district. They met in childhood, and began and worked, of course, in Moscow. I am a marketer by trade, I graduated from Natalia Nesterova University. We rented an apartment in the capital, and everything controlled us, until in 2011 we found out that we were looking for a third child. It became clear to Todi that we needed more power.

We saw the market for non-rumovity and came to the conclusion that a large apartment in Moscow was too much for us. For this purchase, we would have to pay off the mortgage for 40 years and live under constant financial stress, so we expected to have a great life in the village.

The plots in the Moscow region also turned out to be expensive, and then the man realized that there was land in one of the villages of the Nizhny Novgorod region that had been inherited from relatives. We drove 600 kilometers and settled in a nasty little plot with an old wooden booth. Nezabar we brought you and promised the life of a new double-overhead booth.

Through work in Moscow, we could not take the part of the everyday life; they had to hire people from the judiciary. Fortunately, prices for household materials and labor are several times lower here than in Moscow. As a result, in two years we spent almost all our pennies on everyday life - about 1.5 million rubles. The relationship ended until the fall of 2013, when my boyfriend and I left our jobs and began planning a move. However, the booths were already ready, but not in the middle, and we had to live in a practically empty space - life began without furniture, pennies, or work.

Immediately after moving, we started chatting with the robot in the regional center, which is 10 kilometers away from us. In Moscow, I expanded my fun with photography and thought that I could easily manage a fun photographer here, like people in these capitals with a cool camera. However, it became clear that in the regional center the sphere of fun photography was well developed, and I appeared to be of no use to anyone.

Before moving, I also worked as a child, so that I could help the female wives. I have recently attended a number of seminars and courses for doulas, so I can advise on breastfeeding and natural support. I expanded my knowledge and started a thematic blog on Instagram. Just a few weeks later, I conducted the first seminar with canopies in Moscow, which brought good income, and I began to develop in this direction. Then the people gave the head of the rural Budinka culture, and we got a stable income.

Our village has approximately 50 budynkas, and more than half of them are unoccupied. There are too many new good Budinki like ours. The village is empty, because there is no gas supply to it, and heating with electricity is expensive. Moreover, at minus 30, no electrician can heat the booths - they have to heat with wood. Our neighbors are the most important people in the world, who are engaged in rural dominion and drink well. Young people usually come here as guests for the summer.

This is native land, and it’s difficult to take up rural rule: for example, I planted roses and didn’t weed the beds - tomatoes and cucumbers grew by themselves. But the man doesn’t support the idea of creating his city, and I’m often busy with my little child, so we still don’t see anything in sales. In order to earn money from the rural state, a large investment in technology and infrastructure is required, and we cannot afford it at a price of either cost or expense.

There is no store or school in the village, so during trips to the regional center, most of my earnings go to gasoline. It’s still much cheaper to live in a good house than to rent an apartment in Moscow. In the village, I only pay for electricity: the charge is 20 thousand rubles per month, and the inflow is only 600 rubles. There are, of course, force majeure: for example, you can destroy your alarm system, sometimes the water pipe breaks, but no one is insured.

After living in the village, it was important to say that no one in the village is to blame for anything. The first few years of life we lived without an electrical generator, and once our village was covered in snow and snow fell: there was no light in the house, no heat, and in the yard there was snow up to the waist. As a result, we spent six years clearing the road to the highway so that we could get out of the store. Another time there was a hurricane, our electrical system went down, and the alarm went straight onto the car. If you know anything in the city, you just call the housing and communal services department. If a car breaks down nearby, you call for a tow truck. And in the village no one can help you, here you can only pay for yourself.

My husband and I calmly accepted our new life, but the move was difficult for the older children. The smell started in the third grade, all their friends were lost in Moscow, and here, in essence, there is only one person you can go out with, your brother. We controlled them at the village school five kilometers from the house, and they rushed into the middle, where the children don’t know what a touch phone is and a PSP, where the school has strict control over the viconics of the command, because there are two or three individuals in each class. . At first, the school did not have a decent toilet, there was just a pit on the street and a washbasin without running water. It’s not surprising that in the two months since my grandparents arrived before us, the children began to ask to go to Moscow.

Of course, they didn’t let anyone go. They graduated from the village school, and in fifth grade they went to another school in the district center. But she didn’t control us even more than before: our children’s classmates smoked, drank energy drinks and beer, actively skipped classes, and this was respected as the norm. Neither the fathers of these children nor the teachers harmed anything, so I decided to take the children to home schooling.

For help from buddies and the Internet, my partner and I began to help the children on their own. I laid out the layout and suddenly realized that it would be difficult to deal with various items today. The child jumps from one discipline to another and does not delve deeply into it. That's why I've been busy with one subject throughout my life. The child becomes completely engrossed in the topic, marveling at additional videos from the Internet, and this knowledge becomes organized.

When our children's certificate was revoked, we connected to an online school, where in order to be transferred to the next class, we need to sleep quickly. In addition to school programs, our children also benefit from what they care about. For example, Sashko loves to paint, because he has already completed an online course in painting, and at the same time he is completing a course in web design. 11 years of age are receiving a certificate as a web designer in preparation for their future profession. Now children no longer ask for a place, but, of course, like to come as far as Moscow to their grandparents. I call us “the birthplace of the future,” in which children come for holidays not to the village, but to the town.

Every day I practically have no free time: I do household chores, children’s learning and teaching, and keep up with the boys in sports activities. Finally, I’m working – I’m running my own blog and online courses from training to postgraduate training. However, it’s easy to know the time to get things done: having collected the crust at the door, you can already grease the shish kebab, go on the goyal, or shave on the trampoline. Before the speech, the village is hanging out. A lot of guests seem to be able to sleep well here. It is possible, not through the wind, but perhaps through the atmosphere of calm.

In this place, everyone gets married for the best: we all need to have a good car, a good job, and good speech. And then dress like you’ve always wanted – for everyone’s benefit.
Last year in Cyprus, I wanted to buy an Armani bag, but I realized that in the village this bag looks like a normal bag from the market. Over the course of three years, I changed and realized that the value of life is not in speeches or status, but in your freedom, in the fresh air of the day.

It’s time to sit down and get more comfortable. Here it takes less than an hour to get on the road and get empty, so you end up with more in a day, less at the place. Here no one gives you permission, no one asks you for the fun and days of the people.

Our move was an adventure. We left empty-handed, our friends laughed at us, and I thought that we couldn’t live in the village for long. And now I am satisfied with my life. I live stably, without stress, and earn more money, just before moving. Most people we know don’t understand us: they think that we are suffering here, and beg us to turn back. But I don’t want to live with the city anymore.

Miron Dementiev

Farmer, 26 rokiv. In 2015, the family moved to a farm located 100 kilometers from Moscow.

I was born and grew up in Moscow, graduating from the Russian State University of Physical Education and Science with a degree in sports medicine. After studying at the university, he worked as a quarryman at the Aikido school. The story of moving to the village began with the appearance of a girl in my life. I started to think about my family and realized that the quality of the products that my family eats is important to me.

Years ago, I discovered that some of my friends’ fathers were farmers.
In the spring of 2015, I arrived as a guest before them. Valery Ivanovich, the head of the state, showed his life and his hopes about the good life on earth. Then I realized that I want to take up rural rule. As a result, we came up with a solution: I move to the farm and help with the government, and Valery Ivanovich starts with everything he knows.

Over the past two years, I have settled in Moscow, leaving my job and going to the farm with my friends. Our family was accommodated in a double-overhead guest cabin. The main reason for my move was food security. Of course, I could live in the city and buy farm products, but I should live in a village, here the body and knowledge are different.

I live in a rented apartment in Moscow and I can say that renting a cabin in a village is much more expensive. Living in an apartment is, at first, even simpler: all living arrangements are done away from home, so you don’t have to pay for rent, rent, and other daily services. And in a rural household you can constantly do a lot of work: fix the plumbing, dig a well, nail it, paint it, paint it, and so on. But the satisfaction with rural life compensates for the turbo: no neighbors screaming behind the wall, there is an open field in the yard, and only nature. For me, this is a good life.

Before moving, I didn’t know anything about the rural state, and now, through the same fate, I work with meager equipment and produce and sell dairy products on my own. For the first hour, it was important for me through a lot of physical work and disruption from society, and all my friends and relatives were lost in Moscow. However, this year it became easier: volunteers began to come to us, and my friends Volodymyr and Alevtina moved to permanent residence, who now work with us on the farm.

Our dominion consists of two buildings, which are not connected to any populated area and are located 100 kilometers from Moscow. From the farm it is about 10 kilometers to the nearest store. It takes a year to go around our entire plot - we have 50 hectares of land, most of which goes to feed thinness. We have our own main food products: potatoes, bread, eggs, vegetables, meat, pickled meat, jam, apples and pears. At the store we buy only malt, cereals and pasta. For the second time, I’m looking forward to natural products, which in the store seem to be defective and plastic.

Our sales include milk, cheese, sour cream, cheese and top butter. Most of our clients are mothers from Sergiev Posad, who carefully feed their children with good products. You can get to know us through your friends, members of the VKontakte group, or get to know us at environmental and farming exhibitions. Our products are very clear and are selling quickly - the price exceeds the offer approximately twice.

The production of dairy products is seasonal, so the income is unstable. From six cows I earn between 50 and 100 thousand per month without taxes. Part of the income goes to the cow. The money that was lost goes to the security of my homeland and to the salary of Vova Alevtina, the contribution to the development of the state of the koshts is disastrously wasted. Look, the main problem of the agricultural dominion in Russia is prices. In this sphere, everything is even more expensive. For example, in order to create a farmer state on the basis of what we currently live in, a starting capital of at least 10 million is required. Cattle also cost a lot: for a normal cow it costs between 100 and 150 thousand rubles.

Over the years, we began to highlight the activities of the state in social circles, and this gave results: people began to write about us, people from Moscow reached out to us. Last summer, we organized a labor camp for volunteers: over 30 volunteers arrived in two years before us, for whom we prepared a historical and cultural program with trips to Sergiev Posad. Volunteers helped us at the government’s office and on the day-to-day basis: with their help we built the frame of the barn and changed the house in the living room.

Finally, a month after we moved, we started collecting money through a crowdfunding platform. Over the course of a month, we collected 450 thousand rubles for the purchase of sheep and household materials. Recently, we launched another project to collect pennies - this time we collected 900 thousand rubles and bought six cows, a tractor and other equipment. They also donated dairy products and handmade gifts to the wine town: wooden dolls, paintings, anniversary books and other herbs. The future third project - we allocated a million two hundred for the stay of three guest houses, so that the volunteers could live in comfort in case of fate.

Life in the village is always in order. For example, the routine of the day is as follows: on the 5th morning - raising and finishing cows. The women are busy with milk, the men are doing their homework: drinking, pampering, tidying up. Afterwards you can taste it yourself. Then the work of the reign begins: either on technology in the fields, or on everyday life, which for us, until now, will never end. Recently, for example, they took over the garage and stripped the profits down to the barn. Lunch about 15:00 after the new start of work on the government until 19:00, then until evening. In the evening I surf on the Internet or meet with guests and farmers. We love to sit over delicious pies and play the guitar.

For the second time, I have never thought about moving in the countryside. Here everything is in order with healthy stupidity: one day of the year and the next, you can’t understand “existential crisis”, “psychological problems”, you can’t ask “What am I worth?” At the village, I breathe on my chest and feel the “strength of the earth.” I sing that my children and children will grow from love to the ground and share my life values.

Kozhen, who, sitting in the office, wants to go to the village, asks the waiter: where are the pennies, brothers?

On the one hand, life in the village is much cheaper. It’s just that there’s no sense of humor. If the nearest store is several kilometers away, the nearest kiosk burns out twice, and you have to go to the restaurant to get to the place - the money comes out of less money. І on the other. On the other hand, you can’t live without pennies.

The main purpose of the city dweller's life, having moved to the village, is repairs. The other day. We bought a booth, trimmed the trellises fifty years ago - the time has come to glue and prepare. We have completed the renovation and need a veranda. The veranda is the soul to ask for lazna. They built a bathhouse - now a greenhouse is needed. Belonging to something that repairs and everyday life in the countryside is not a bad thing, but something that can be done leisurely and in good time, the world needs pennies.

Are there any signs of stench?
The main myth is that there is no income in the village, which is why more or less population is moving into the area.
In reality, everything is a little different now. Today I will find out where the rural aborigines get their money from, and where the rural aborigines get their money.

One of the ways to steal money is to grow and sell brooms (it’s an age-old trade here), grow vegetables or potatoes, and give them to the same resellers. The earth is going on.

Numerous city dwellers are still harvesting from the earth. One of my neighbors is grooming, and in my other homeland, along this street, they want to breed high-quality poultry - from pheasants to indicaes. Even though these little boys were well known for their guts and dogs, now they have a terrible rate of multiplying and ecologically clean living creatures in their yard. And plans are underway to create a family mine-farm. People come all the way from Orel and Kursk for chickens and guinea fowl. Other migrants from the area became involved in milk: purchasing from the population and processing from sire, olia, sire. Everything is sold locally at the Vlasny pavilion. Another option for rural farming involves several cob investments: you can buy a tractor with mowers, plows and harrows. Then the whole river will not be open to those who want you to come and mow down and transport. Tractor drivers here are crazy people.

Another way to earn money from the village is by income. I already thought that they would be intensifying the repairs here. So, whether you are a tiler, a tiler, a tiler, or a wall painter, your money will be worth nothing in the future. The local men are starting to get lazy, and it’s important for them to put together a brigade that doesn’t sing. And those who are not lazy, earn money as kindly as puppies. And my good friend, a wealthy father from a neighboring village, is also a great office worker from the city, having started his own carpentry shop and made furniture. The money is spent on raising children, on daily living costs, on updating the family’s fleet, and on hoardings of purebred horses. The furniture on the right is good, because in that village the carpentry of the other ones who moved has been carried out. The others got together and bend the rod from the weed fence. Still others bought a vibrator and used it to crush paving slabs and building blocks.

Some city dwellers who have moved to the village are trying to save a lot of work for themselves. One colleague, a veterinarian, has changed his appointment schedule in three, and has been running back and forth along the “village-Voronizh” route for several years. To get to your place, you need an hour: a lot of wine has been spent in order to get there from the Left Bank with traffic jams.
But going to the place so often is a challenge for an amateur. More variety will become necessary for life here and there. Here's a whole new way to keep up with your family.

Finally, thank goodness for the Internet, you can do virtual work in your village. Write articles and books, compile advertising texts, run programs and do accounting. Nowadays, the physical work of a freelancer is less important. The editors for whom I write texts have never bothered me in my life. It doesn’t matter to us to work hard, and I will rightfully withdraw my fees.
One of my sisters makes wonderful handmade decorations and sells them all over the world through an Internet site. Other hats are also funny - and the stink is also good to go away.

And besides everything else, there is a job in the village, where you can go five days a day, like in the city. If there is evidence of evidence, you can pick up the place at the doctor's office or paramedic station, managed by the college, at the school, or by post office.

The moral of my current column is simple: you have to earn money and pay what you have to pay, no one can sit in the village penniless.

The sense of pennies is changing in the village. And in the majority of those who have moved, there is such a relief from the values of matrimony that there is pressure to go into asceticism at any stage. They prop up the hut with logs, heat it with wood, grub in the city, pick mushrooms in the forest and work the same to make bread, milk and oil. And even if the hedgehog has passed away. Every day there are tasks for a living village: I need to dig a pit, I need to saw down dry trees in the garden. In this place, such a way of living would be perhaps marginal and suggestive of thoughts about habitual alcoholism. You can't start a city there. In the villages of the rulers of a similar lifestyle, there are completely decent, caring people who are not in a hurry, do not lie down for anything (something like electricity, or even a little), and there are amazing luxuries, perhaps inaccessible to city dwellers: peace and quiet.

1. Cob

There will be a long post.
How did it all start? How can the average local resident come before there is a real need to change the basic middle ground for a rural life, with all its advantages and disadvantages?
Perhaps, for whom it is possible to live for twenty years on the first version of a two-room Khrushchev-era apartment, so that the windows overlook the part of the federal highway Nizhny Novgorod - Moscow. Can you really know all the features of the “fun” Azerbaijani? the family behind the wall, and the still insatiable, in terms of sex, the vessels burned and the key-making machine from the other side of the bedroom. Stand in traffic jams. Run away with the fumes of the Moscow Highway. But little else.
But for me the starting point was the birth of another daughter. (three children at a time). 40 square meters is not enough space for any child, team, dog or kitten to live happily. I'm planning to move. The squad from the beginning of the burial did not understand this drive, but over the course of time they either reconciled or adopted. At the same time, neither I, nor anyone, is aware of living within the locality. I will tell you without embellishment what it means to radically change your way of living. It's not as complicated as it sounds. And so, if there is a “different” post, I don’t have anything to grab - let’s get to know each other.

3. Moving?

Have you considered moving? You need to start thinking: go where you want! You probably really want to go into the middle of nowhere. In a remote place you can spend a couple of years, or for a month - you can! With tents, sleeping bags and a supply of you know what. It's not all life. There, in the wilderness, it is not boring - in any wilderness there will always be something to do that you hope you will enjoy. In the wilderness It’s not easy. It’s not easy to buy groceries, it’s not easy to take children to school, it’s not easy to deal with a lot of other people.

For the sake of fairness, I must say that while in the process of choosing a place for my future residence, I have traveled around the entire Nizhny Novgorod region. It was at Vetluza, and at Voskresensky, and at Knyagin, and at Arzamas. And my destiny led me to the village in a charming manner, the stars went to my root - the village of Golovine, Gorodetsky district, Nizhny Novgorod region. Here is my father, here the stinks meet with my mother. I didn’t even consider this area as an option for searching, I just knew that there was a lot of traffic and phone calls. I started calling. The baptism of my father (once the agreement is signed, it happens). Zagalom, I bought the family nest very cheaply

4. 1909 rіk pobudovi It’s impossible to live there

There were five reasons for this. In five years, from the moment I bought this house (and, in fact, the land), I was able to buy the house and move it. Wonderful...

5. What mi maєmo

Let's be honest. Pros:
1. 50 km from the city (Nizhny Novgorod). not 400 km, like to Vetluga. I want a place there.. mmmm.... Still, in the place, somehow, it’s lost. You need to bring him up as much as possible. Well, and a relative of course. Let's go ahead.
2. Full day-to-day production. virobnitsa in the surrounding area. On the other side of the Volga there is the dying Balakhna Paper Mill, 10 km away.
3. A school, a kindergarten and a store. 1 km along Gruntovo. Shall we go? Go pishki!
4. A small village with 12 yards. It's really quiet here.
5. In the village, besides us, there are still living people. Pensioners are primarily home-sitters, but still, they’re not a big deal.
6. Clean roads (in the snow). I'll say more. Clean faster and cleaner and 100% faster, at home.
7. Nature. Lis - instruction. Lake and river - instruction. There are gardens with apples, plums, sunflowers, cherries, which is chosen according to the principle - whoever gets up first and slippers is the same instruct.
Disadvantages:
1. 1 km along the dirt road! 350 days on the river at noon! And in just 2 springs, if the snow has melted and the ground has not yet risen, it is a real disaster. The nearest village has asphalt, but we just need to get there.
2. Medicine. For us before the children. There’s a paramedic station, a wood chippings, look here, and all the fakhivtsi near the regional center.
3. Lighting. The school is limited to 9 classes. From time to time (the world is stocked) there are 11 classes. Here you can spare :)) Map xs yak insert axis posilannya https://maps.yandex.ru/20035/balahna/?clid=1955454&ll=43.593919%2C56.549086&z=14 village of Golovine.

7. What do you need?

1. Freelance income (at low hours) is 40,000 UAH. Chi is not obov'yazkovo calm. Ale average per river. If you, such an all-around man, have fully developed your strength, are ready to realize your labor (and the struggle of You Whom You Believe in) farming activity - forget about moving to the village - this is not your type. You could become a super farmer - if only I could spend five or six years on your accumulated financial cushion. I think that the “cushion” will still allow you to invest 1 million rubles. on the river at the developments of your dominion. Since you are not a freelancer or a millionaire, you do not worry about the life of your homeland. Lose yourself from the place.
2. Local all-wheel drive car. Without him, they burned in vain. I have a Subar Legacy 1995 Roku, a station wagon, rotten, aka a tank. Please him like an elephant. If you want to control the doctor with the Subaru drive, I recommend creating a topic and asking me there. What can I say about this car? Only on the delivery of hardware materials I saved more, but at no cost. Reshta - nuances. Still not less rotten Nissan Almera 96th. This is front wheel drive for easy trips.
3. I’ll make the baked goods myself. With a vital income, life is deprived of an independent regime. There is a need for understanding that no one will come for you or earn anything. It’s important to come on time, be careful not to waste it. And you get along with everyday life itself easily. There is not enough information from books and the Internet. A little timidity, how to earn money alone. І axis - You are an alarmist, so that a little is sacrificed for equal knowledge of the average with profile (not high) coverage. And the fragments in an independent mode, you will have a frame booth for everything, you won’t need any cunning tricks. Just your hour, strength, pennies and money. That's it.
4. Support for your homeland. If your squad digs its claws into the middle of nowhere - a favorite nail salon, supermarket, girlfriend or “companionship” - believe me, you won’t get anything. You can move to the village, but there is one, but there are two great differences! You have gone away, without family, friends, children from a budinka in the village of Vi, you will soon win them over. Or you're sleeping. Because the alternative to a family home in the village is a drunken grandfather-susid, with no one to drink and nothing to drink, and here V is still penniless.
